| 中文摘要 研究主題:藉由本研究得知本院急診病人的陽性率趨勢及評估檢驗平台的效益性。 方法:收集2021年5至12月急診病人新型冠狀病毒病例,檢體使用Lab Turbo AIO檢測,複驗以cobas® Liat® System檢測,分析儀器Ct值的一致性。 結果:2021年5月急診陽性率為16.7%逐月降低至12月1.1%。收集138個SARS-CoV-2複驗報告,陽性一致性(PPA)為100.0%,陰性一致性(NPA)為95.5%,整體一致性為98.6%。儀器Ct值以Pearson相關顯著性(雙尾)分析,相關性為r=0.988。 結論:兩種平台在SARS-CoV-2病毒核酸檢測效能一致性良好。 |

| Abstract Research Topics: In the present study, we evaluated the trend of positive COVID-19 cases among patients in our hospital's emergency department and compared the effectiveness of two PCR testing platforms. Method: We collected PCR samples of patients admitted to an emergency department for SARS-CoV-2 detection from May to December of 2021. The specimens were tested using the Lab Turbo AIO system and the results were further confirmed through retesting on a second platform, the Roche cobas® Liat® System. The two testing methods were compared in parallel to analyze the consistency of the Ct (Cycle threshold) values. Results: The positive rate in the emergency department decreased from May 2021 (16.7%) to December (1.1%) in a monthly descending trend. Among the 138 cases of retested PCR reports, the positive percent agreement (PPA) was 100.0%, the negative percent agreement (NPA) was 95.5%, and the overall consistency was 98.6%. The Ct (Cycle threshold) values of two detection methods were analyzed for Pearson correlation significance (two-tailed), and the correlation was found to be r=0.988. Conclusion: The results showed that both platforms demonstrate compatible performance in the data consistency of SARS-CoV-2 virus nucleic acid detection. |
