| 中文摘要 一名 77 歲男性在輸注減除白血球的紅血球濃厚液 6 單位後，抗體篩檢結果由陰性轉為出現弱陽性，無法鑑定出抗體且交叉試驗為陽性，最後經尿液中和試驗確認抗體為 Anti-Sda Antibody。因該病人 Hemoglobin 及紅血球數目的變化，建議只可使用交叉試驗結果陰性的血品。 |

| Abstract A 77-year-old male was transfused with 6 units leukocyte-reduced RBCs, then his antibody screen turned to be weak positive. Moreover, it couldn’t be identified by antibody identification, and the cross-match test was incompatible. Finally, the antibody was confirmed anti-Sda by urine neutralization test. Due to the change of his hemoglobin level, we suggest that only the blood products with compatible serological cross-match test can be issued. |
