About TSLM

學會沿革History

本會於1985年11月2日成立，歷經13屆理監事改選，現任理事長李名世及常務理事6人、理事14人、常務監事1人、監事6人。為順利推展會務及提供醫學檢驗相關資訊給會員，本會於1986年創辦醫檢會報。自2009年獲內政部同意更改會名為台灣醫事檢驗學會，會報同時改名為台灣醫檢會報。1989年與中華民國臨床生化學會共同合作創辦生物醫學暨檢驗科學雜誌，2004年生化學會退出，由學會獨立自辦。本會於2005年加入CLSI，同年也通過成為IFBLS會員。

“The Association of Laboratory Medicine Republic of China”, was founded on November 2, 1985. Mr. Ming-Shih Lee is elected as the current TSLM president with the Supervisory Committee composed of 6 Executive Directors, 14 Directors, 1 Standing Supervisor, and 6 Supervisors after the 13th re-election. In 1986, the Association inaugurated the professional journal Bulletin of Laboratory Medicine to provide the most advanced knowledge and relevant information regarding medical laboratory science to our members.
“The Association of Laboratory Medicine Republic of China” was re-designated as Taiwan Society of Laboratory Medicine under the approval of the Ministry of the Interior in 2009, and therefore, Bulletin of Laboratory Medicine was renamed as Bulletin of Taiwan Society of Laboratory Medicine. In 1989, TSLM collaborated with the Chinese Association for Clinical Biochemistry (CACB) to establish Journal of Biomedical and Laboratory Sciences which was then managed independently by TSLM since 2004.
In 2005, TSLM joined the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) and also became a member of the International Federation of Biomedical Laboratory Science (IFBLS).

  • 1986

    • 創辦「醫檢會報」，提供新知分享與會員交流。同年與中華民國臨床生化學會共同創辦「生物醫學暨檢驗科學雜誌」。

  • 1993

    • 承辦衛生署精確度測試 (此為能力試驗前身)

  • 2001

    • 設立學會官網

  • 2003

    • 成立能力試驗委員會，以專職規模執行能力試驗的規劃及推展。

  • 2004

    • 生檢雜誌改為中英文並行方式由學會獨立承辦繼續發行。

  • 2005

    • 加入 CLSI，同年申請 IFBLS 通過成為會員。

  • 2009

    • 由中華民國醫事檢驗學會改名為台灣醫事檢驗學會

  • 2011

    • 申請成為社團法人台灣醫事檢驗學會，同年能力試驗通過 TAF ISO/IEC 17043 認證。

  • 2012

    • 於新北市板橋區購置會館，地址: 新北市板橋區四川路二段239號6樓。

學會宗旨與目標 Mission & Goal

本會為促進台灣醫事檢驗的相關研究與發展，擴大專業間的合作，以定期舉辦學術研討會，發行醫檢雜誌及會報，及強化與國際間醫學檢驗團體之交流，希望能提供更高水平的醫學檢驗服務，營造一個精進醫療照護品質，促進全民健康的就醫環境。

The major goal of TSLM is to improve professional knowledge and skill of our members via promoting laboratory medicine science-related research and development. In order to fulfill the mission of providing international platform for professional knowledge and experience exchange to our members as well as high-quality medical diagnostic service to our population, TSLM has been and will be dedicated in collaborating with domestic and foreign medical professional associations and societies for consolidating mutual relationships and inter-disciplinary collaboration, hosting domestic and international academic workshops and conferences, publishing professional journals Bulletin of Taiwan Society of  Laboratory Medicine and Journal of Biomedical and Laboratory Sciences periodically.
