．Any citizen of the Republic of China who reaches an age of 20 and concurs with the charter put forth by the Association
   can apply for the membership under the condition that the individual possesses one of the following qualifications：
   (1) A licensed medical Technologist
   (2) A licensed medical doctor
   (3) An individual of domestic or foreign graduate who possesses a diploma related to biomedicine and laboratory sciences.

．To become a full membership, the applicant must seek at least two endorsements from the members of the Association.

．A membership can not be conferred without the prior approval from the Council of the Association.

．A private or a public medical technology institute can also apply for a group membership. This type of membership is
   granted with the approval of the Council of the Association and with the understanding that they concur the charter of the
   Association.

．An individual who concurs with the charter of the Association and obtains approval from the Council of the Association can
   be granted a sponsor membership status.

．A honorary membership can be granted to any individual who makes great contributions to the Association as nominated
   by the President and approved by the Council of the Association.

．A permanent membership status can be granted to an individual who at one time pay a total of twenty-year membership
   fees.
