To advocate the affairs of research and development in biomedicine and laboratory sciences；

To publish the Association-sponsored journal and bulletin dealing with scientific endeavor and information dissemination for the Association；

To organize symposia and workshops for the members of the Association；and

To communicate and to cooperate with the international organizations with identical missions and goals of our Association.
